The idea behind WHAM HQ
WHAM stands for What's Happening Around Me! WHAM HQ was created out of frustration. I was often missing events happening around me because the information wasn't easily accessible. Searching multiple websites or Facebook pages was time-consuming. Often, I'd hear about events after they had happened. This highlighted the need for a platform listing all local events in one place, keeping parents and families in the loop! And in turn, giving event organisers a dedicated space to showcase what they are hosting.
